There is an increasing need in Australia's horticulture industry to monitor and gauge consumer perceptions, in order to assist growers in effectively identifying opportunities.

Market research agency Colmar Brunton is conducting on-line tracking for the potato industry, utilising monthly trend analysis to examine consumer attitudes and perceptions in relation to potatoes.
