PMA A-NZ’s tech notes covering ‘Food Safety 101’ have been created to provide a curated series of food safety documents relevant to the activities of members in the fresh produce industry.
The notes cover key food safety topics with the goals of raising awareness of topical issues, assisting members to meet their food safety obligations, and supporting compliance with the Australia New Zealand Food standards Code.
