Harvest to Home is an interactive online dashboard that provides users with up-to-date retail information and consumer trend data on a range of vegetable commodities on a single platform.

All of the data is provided by Nielsen, which collates it through a home scan service, which surveys around 10,000 Australian households.

The latest comprehensive review available on Harvest to Home is on beans, which identified that while overall volume of bean sales remained flat, dollar sales increased by 14.2 per cent, compared to the previous year.

The research found that in the past 12 months, sales of pre-packed beans are growing but consumers are mostly purchasing loose beans in major supermarkets.
