The latest edition of InfoVeg Radio, looking at the VegPRO project and the ways it delivers tailored training for the Australian vegetable industry, is now available online.

VegPRO is a strategic levy investment under the Hort Innovation Vegetable Fund providing targeted training to help growers improve their own productivity, as well as the productivity of their staff and their businesses. In this edition of InfoVeg Radio, the research and development podcast produced by AUSVEG for the Australian vegetable industry, we interviewed two industry members about the program:

  • Sophie Lapsley, from VegPRO, discussing the benefits that the project’s events and training can deliver to industry members; and
  • Belinda Adams, AUSVEG Deputy Chair and owner of Coastal Hydroponics, discussing her role as a grower advisor for the project and the ways the industry can get involved in shaping the project.
