In this survey, NSW Farmers wants to hear your experience with sourcing workers in the last 12 to 18 months, and anticipated worker needs within the next year.

The pressures of COVID-19 restrictions continue to impact the availability of workers across all skill levels (low skilled, semi-skilled and high skilled) within the agriculture industry.

This is compounding the challenges the agriculture industry has experienced prior to the onset of COVID-19, including low entrants into the industry, geographical challenges and/or seasonality of job opportunities.

Through the NSW Farmers’ 2021 Farm Labour Survey, you can share your difficulties in finding workers, or expected worker shortages over the coming busy periods.

Click here to take the survey before Monday 23 August.
