For anyone seeking training in biosecurity science, the Box Hill Institute is offering 20 free places, funded through Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP Eligibility rules apply), to its Undergraduate Certificate of Biosecurity Science course.

Kicking off on 27 July 2020, the 13-week, full-time course will help participants gain the skill and knowledge to:

  • Protect farms, livestock and crops from pest and disease.
  • Implement biosecurity surveillance and monitoring methodologies.
  • Prepare and communicate plans for emergency response to biosecurity threats.
