Learn about serpentine leafminer during a drop-in session that will run in conjunction with the Lockyer Valley Growers Expo, at the Gatton Research Facility from 10.30am AEST on Sunday 6 June.

Located at the same site as the Lockyer Valley Growers Expo, drop into the Gatton Research Facility’s Conference Room for a discussion with industry serpentine leafminer experts* including Zarmeen Hassan (AUSVEG); Maddy Quirk (AUSVEG); John Duff (DAF, QLD); Dr Elia Pirtle (Cesar Australia); and Dr Peter Ridland (University of Melbourne).

The workshop will be hosted by AUSVEG in partnership with Cesar Australia, Queensland Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, University of Melbourne, New South Wales Department of Primary Industries and iMapPESTS.

The program will include hands-on activities and the opportunity to learn from the experiences and management strategies in the USA.

It will include a live demonstration of the iMapPESTS team’s new mobile pest surveillance unit, Sentinel 6.
