SUMMARY:Lindenow: Fall armyworm crop walk
DESCRIPTION:Agriculture Victoria and Queensland Department of Primary Industries (QDPI) are hosting a free crop walk to provide growers insight into fall armyworm identification and management in Gippsland. \nDr Melina Miles\, principal entomologist at QDPI\, will lead attendees through local corn crops identifying FAW. Farmers\, employees and agronomists are encouraged to attend the crop walk as a practical follow-on from last year’s FAW information session. \nWhen: Tuesday 25 March – 10 am to 12 pm\nWhere: Lindenow\, location to be provided after registration. \nBiosecurity requirements: All attendees will be required to follow farm biosecurity requirements.
