DESCRIPTION:Only one out of ten new food products survive the first year. There’s no magic bullet\, but the Food Innovation Centre at Monash can provide expert help in sharpening the odds for success in domestic and the Chinese markets. With hundreds of product launches to its credit\, the Centre is sharing proven methods of innovation\, practical approaches to design and expert insights at this workshop. This is a roll-up-the-sleeves workshop to ready your product/s for launch. \nIn one day\, you will learn how to find out everything that is important to know about bringing your ideas to life. We will show you how to understand your competitors\, your all important consumers and form a well thought out business and launch plan along the way.
