Control Of Black Leg, Black Scurf And Other Postharvest Storage Rots Of Seed Potatoes
Storage rots of seed potatoes cause significant losses for growers in Victoria. Mercuric dips were used effectively for many years to control fungal and bacterial rots but have been withdrawn from use. Potential replacement treatments for the control of blackleg, gangrene and black scurf were evaluated in glasshouse and laboratory trials.
