Butler Market Gardens Chief Executive Officer Rick Butler is a a sixth-generation vegetable grower, who is proud to be maintaining the family’s 108-year commitment to the market garden industry in Heatherton, Victoria.

As a family-led business, Butler Market Gardens continues to expand its scale and range, while growing, packing and distributing leafy green vegetables and herbs to customers Australia-wide.

After purchasing the business from his parents in 2015, Rick’s focus moved to building a robust team of senior managers to ensure he had the support needed to run the day-to-day operations of the business.
