The Fair Work Commission’s (FWC) decision in the Annual Wage Review will increase the minimum rates in the Hort Award.
The increase in the rates specified in the Hort Award will be the greater of 4.6% or $40 per week.
Therefore, an employee earning less than $869.60 per week will receive a flat $40 increase per week.
Employees that earn above $869.60 will receive a 4.6% wage increase per week.
