The impact from the changes to the Horticulture Award – Overtime for Casuals last April continues to be a significant issue for growers and its employees.

The impact on production and management, as well as the impact on worker’s ability to maximise their earnings has been detrimental.

In order for AUSVEG and other industry bodies to push for changes to the award, it requires evidence and data.
