Tasmanian growers and industry members are invited to this year’s Precision Ag EXPO, a great way to learn about the new technologies and practices that are shaping modern agriculture and helping growers maximise productivity.

This one-day event is hosted by the Tasmanian Agricultural Productivity Group (TAPG) and is a fantastic opportunity to keep up with the latest industry developments, as well as to meet up with other growers and get some fresh perspectives on the industry.

It boasts an exciting line-up of speakers, in-field demonstrations and exhibitors that can help you identify new ways of tackling the challenges that affect your business, including:

• In-field demonstrations of potato equipment
• Field demonstrations of the RIPPA
• Discussions about the economics of drainage with Frank Mulcahy (Simplot), Reuben Wells (Ag Logic) and Will Bignell (DroneAg)
• An update on the tomato potato psyllid by National Tomato Potato Psyllid Coordinator Alan Nankivell
• The launch of Phase 2 of the levy-funded Soil Wealth/ICP projects
