Workshop: new DAMA agreement addressing skills shortages for FNQ growers

18 February 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Cairns Chamber of Commerce is hosting an information workshop about the Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA) for regional businesses in Far North Queensland on 18 February from 11am-12noon.

While the main objective is to employ local workers, the FNQ DAMA provides tailored solutions to businesses in the region to fill skills gaps that can’t be filled by local workers.

Assisting a range of industries including agriculture, the five-year agreement is now accepting requests for endorsement from businesses under the agreement.

Secure your spot here before 17 February to hear directly about how the FNQ DAMA can help your business meet its employment needs.
