4 December 2018As part of the efforts helping exports of fresh Australian vegetables increase year-on-year, seminars funded by Hort Innovation are delivering value for growers looking to build their export knowledge and capabilities.
Between 2015 and 2018, these seminars were delivered by AUSVEG as part of a single levy-funded project that complemented our ongoing export development work, bringing together leading figures in the Australian vegetable industry and experts in international trade.
The four years of the project produced outcome-oriented seminars that presented practical and relevant information about exporting vegetable produce to different international markets, with strict monitoring and evaluation systems helping to review and refine these seminars every year and ensure that levy investment is helping growers improve their business operations.
The final report from this project is now available on the InfoVeg database, summarising the full extent of the work put into coordinating these workshops and the extensive feedback gathered from attending industry members.
You can learn more about the latest seminar, which took place adjacent to Hort Connections 2018, in the event recap on our website. To learn more about the project funding the series of workshops, check out its final report on the InfoVeg database.
