Description
The purpose of this project was to identify which factors that are commonly available to commercial producers influence product quality, in order to provide;1. An ability to predict, with greater accuracy, the likely suitability of paddock soils for a root crop.2. To produce guidelines to be followed to improve soils where problems have been identified.3. Provide guidance on a more sustainable production system for potatoes and carrots.
