This study tour was undertaken to gather information on new biocontrol production and packaging technology and to utilise this to help improve the range of commercially available biocontrol agents. It also aimed to deliver the information to growers using methods that icrease the effectiveness and quality of the organism and aid in the ease of distribution within the crop.

This projects details a study tour undertaken to investigate and enhance the development of the commercial biocontrol industry in Australia, seeking out more efficient systems for the mass rearing, packaging, and distribution of selected Biocontrol Agents (BCAs). Biocontrol Solutions will assist Biological Services with the R&D required in Australia to develop, construct, and modify overseas technology to suit local conditions.
