Description
This project has a focus on keeping vegetables healthy and safe. It is developing, verifying and ultimately making available new biological control agents (new strains/blends of beneficial bacteria termed ‘ProbiSafe’) to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria on vegetables. The result will be an additional level of safety in both fresh and processed produce.
