This project sponsored the 10^th International Spinach Conference that was held in Victoria in May to coincide with the Gippsland Vegetable Innovation Days. It was the first time the conference was held outside of the northern hemisphere.

With spinach production and consumption continuing to grow in Australia and the crop becoming mainstream, it was considered timely for the conference to come to Australia, providing local growers with an opportunity to hear from leading international researchers.

This project has been funded by Hort Innovation, using the research and development levies listed below and contributions from the Australian Government. Hort Innovation is the grower-owned, not-for-profit research and development corporation for Australian horticulture.
