This project seeks to identifiy a commercial partner, to refine and evaluate the design features of a heat treatment system in order to demonstrate to the tomato industry the suitablility for commercial treatment of tomatoes for export.

This project has been funded by Hort Innovation, using the research and development levies listed below and contributions from the Australian Government. Hort Innovation is the grower-owned, not-for-profit research and development corporation for Australian horticulture.
