Paul Windolf is a third generation farmer from Windolf Farms in Queensland’s Lockyer Valley.

Windolf farms is a family-owned and run vegetable production business which produces potatoes in the winter and pumpkins in the summer.

Soil health is of high priority at Windolf farms. Paul said mixed species cover cropping, crop rotation, compost and the biological product Serenade® Prime are the focus for his holistic approach to vegetable production.
