The free, levy-funded VegInnovations seminars are continuing their regional roadshow around Australia, helping growers and their teams to understand the ins and outs of developing value-added vegetable products.

If you’re in Victoria or South Australia and you’re interested in learning how to create new products that catch and keep consumer interest, there’s still space for you to attend one of the following free, full-day workshops:

  • Sale (VIC) – Thursday 2 August 2018
  • Epping (VIC) – Friday 3 August 2018
  • Mawson Lakes (SA) – Thursday 9 August 2018

These workshops have been coordinated by the levy-funded VegNET and VegPRO programs, and are delivered by 2017 Churchill Fellow Hazel MacTavish-West. They’ll host leading experts in consumer trends and the supply chain who can help you and your business find new products to capture fresh market segments and create alternative paths to market for your produce. They’re also great networking opportunities for you or members of your sales team, with like-minded industry members coming together to workshop product ideas and discuss consumer trends.

This roadshow has already visited Tasmania and Western Australia, and will be holding a booked-out session in Gatton in Queensland on Wednesday 25 July. Take a look at this video to see how attendees enjoyed the Tasmanian workshop and understand the benefits this roadshow can offer your business!
