World Markets Congress (Melbourne + Sydney)

The World Union of Markets Congress is a global event which will be jointly hosted by the Melbourne Market Authority, Queen Victoria Market and Sydney Markets Limited in Australia from 23 to 27 October 2017.
Markets are evolving to maintain their relevance in a rapidly changing world. The way things were done in the past is unlikely to be the way of doing things in the future and management needs to be at the forefront of the latest emerging trends. The 2017 Congress these will focus on the impact technology will have on the Market’s role in the supply chain and the customer experience under the banner of ‘market modernisation’.
An exciting mix of international and Australian speakers has been secured that will inspire and challenge delegates, and tours of Melbourne’s two leading Marketplaces and the Sydney Markets will showcase initiatives to modernise market operations and innovations planned for the future.
