This study aimed to review and analyse the current situation in the Australian Asian vegetable industry and assess the sustainability of the industry and future priorities. This study provides a stocktake of the size and characteristics of the industry, information critical to understanding the issues affecting industry productivity and sustainability, key information for research planning by RIRDC and HAL and other Government agencies, and an opportunity to better address key industry communications challenges, especially the engagement of growers with culturally diverse backgrounds.
