After a Productivity Commission report highlighted Government concerns about the lack of evidence supporting a positive return on expenditure by Research and Development Corporations (RDCs). Through this project RDCs are considering how best to demonstrate that their R&D programs have a net positive impact to stakeholders. This project aims to quantify the benefits that have accrued from expenditure using a cost-benefit analysis of selected projects.
