This report validates results obtained in diagnostic test for clubroot and further develops tests, investigates whether common agricultural chemicals inhibit Polymerase Chain Reaction, investigates methods for detecting viabe clubroot inoculum with the diagnostic test as well as developing a quantitative molecular examination for estimating soil inoculum levels and predicting subquent crop disease levels.
