29 September 2020Located in Pinjarra, Western Australia, Trodan Produce is a vertically integrated salad and fresh produce business that supplies raw and finished product for local and export markets.
The operation produces a range of vegetables at its Pinjarra and Oakford farm, including wombok, spinach, Swiss chard, rocket, red and green mizuna, red and green baby kale, bunching kale, corals and cos lettuce.
David Anderson’s main role in the business is to support Trodan’s Managing Director and Pinjarra Farm Manager with Quality Assurance and Customer Relations.
Recognising the importance of improving the business both financially and environmentally, David is also the Independent Chair of the EnviroVeg Steering Committee.
