This study was developed to identify key social and psychological beliefs surrounding the population’s willingness to increase their vegetable consumption, through the use of focus groups with the results of the study revealing a complex mix of factors thought to constrain vegetable consumption. This study was developed to inform and build on current and future segmentation studies funded by HAL.
