This Masterclass is specifically designed for upcoming leaders in the horticulture industry. You’ll gain leadership and management skills and interact with people who understand your business and who face the same challenges as you, so you’ll be able to build high-quality networks that will continue after the Masterclass is completed.
During the program you will develop a strategic plan for your own company. This means that by taking the Masterclass, you won’t just be gaining academic insights – you’ll also be able to immediately put everything you learn into practice and apply it to your business.
Importantly, the majority of the Masterclass is delivered in a flexible online format, with three face-to-face intensives in February, July and November/December.

The Masterclass has been developed by the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture in partnership with international leaders in horticulture, including Hort Innovation, Wageningen Academy in the Netherlands and New Zealand’s Lincoln University, to ensure it ticks all the boxes for professional development in our sector.
