This report presents the findings of a scoping study undertaken to evaluate the potential persistence of pesticides in hydroponic lettuce. During the course of the project, ‘field’ trials were conducted to provide a controlled insight into exisitng industry practices and the potential for residues to persist following the use of pesticides under normal practices.
