Project identified the value of investing in support for industry development and reinforced the importance of the industry-led initiatives. As a part of this project, which focused on the delivery of target industry development services, an Industry development officer was employed. The IDO revisited the existing communications strategy and assisted in prioritising R&D activities. The projects confirmed that flexible and focused service provision has potential to drive industry and alleviate significant industry hurdles, resulting in successful outcomes throughout the value chain.
