The 2009 Growers Tour to the USA saw eight Australian growers visit prime California vegetable growing regions of the Salinas Valley, Visalia and Santa Maria, north of Los Angeles. The growers were also given the opportunity to attend the Produce Marketing Association (PMA) Fresh Summit Conference in Anaheim, California.
