Growing Leaders 2011 – National Vegetable Industry Leadership Program (Growing Leaders 2011) previous known as Vegetable Industry Strategic Leadership Course 2009 has been delivered for a second time during 2010. This project provides the vegetable industry with the following: an understanding of the history of the leadership in primary industries and leadership learning as it currently stands, the planning and consultation process managed, the relationships and networks built throughout the project, the program profile established, and the learning and outcomes delivered during the project.
