Steve Allie: Grower focus on weeds reaps rewards
21 April 2020AUSVEG joins new initiative to encourage consumers to eat more Australian fruit and veg!
21 April 2020The Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE)’s Airfreight Assistance team is seeking exporters to register and provide information on their airfreight requirements, following the government’s newly announced International Freight Assistance Mechanism (IFAM), to ensure airfreight capacity remains open for critical export markets.
Although initial Expressions of Interest have been received, the IFAM team is now seeking further and more detailed information on your freight requirements.
It’s important that you re-submit your EOI to help the IFAM team understand your product, freight and destination market requirements.
All exporters who submitted an EOI must provide this information again, along with additional details in order to continue being considered under the IFAM.
Vegetable grower-exporters that have not yet registered and expressed their interest to use these freight services, are strongly encouraged provide detailed information on your airfreight requirements directly to DAWE’s Airfreight Assistance team by clicking here.
