Australian Vegetables Export Seminar
12.00pm-4.00pm, Monday 18 June 2018
Meeting Room M2, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre
As the vegetable industry ramps up its focus on exporting as part of the Vegetable Industry Export 2020 and takes advantage of the Taste Australia initiative, the Australian Vegetables Export Seminar is a great opportunity to learn how you can get involved in the biggest trade push in Australian horticulture industry.
This event aims to provide an Export 101 session on the basics of the export process for growers who are looking to commence their export journey. It will also provide a session on export opportunities, offering exporting growers insights from other horticulture sectors that have been successful in developing their own export capabilities and in making an impact on overseas markets.
Funding and flights
Vegetable levy payers attending either seminar can access funding to cover return flights to and from the event, as well as two nights’ accommodation. These fully-funded positions are limited, so growers are encouraged to get in as quickly as possible.
