Australian produce will be showcased through the Taste Australia pavillion at September’s Asia Fruit Logistica – Asia’s only dedicated fruit and vegetable trade show. Exhibiting growers have the opportunity to meet more than 12,000 key decision-makers and buyers from retail, food service and wholesale sectors. To facilitate long-term relationships, participants will be introduced to a number of key buyers through business matching sessions, VIP cooking sessions and market insights tours. Among those in attendance will be growers, exporters and service providers from across Australia, as well as industry bodies and collaborative industry groups such as Fruit Growers Tasmania. This year the R&D focus is on food safety, with sessions on this topic incorporated in the offer under Taste Australia.
