This project was undertaken to develop the leadership capability of the vegetable industry in line with the VegVision 2020 and Australian Vegetable Industry Needs Analysis 2007; Ensure individuals from a broad cross section of the industry are encouraged and supported to develop their leadership potential; and Encourage cross-sectoral understanding within the vegetable industry.
