The Design Team Coordinator performs the role of Secretariat for the Design Teams and the VTAG. This involves the compilation of meeting papers including research project submissions, agendas and any other collateral required to enable the respective committees to effectively make decisions. The Design Team Coordinator is also responsible for taking minutes during Design Team and VTAG meetings to ensure that all discussions, actions and decisions are recorded accurately for distribution to the IAC.
