1 January 2008In response to a recognised need to improve skills training, this project involved consultation with industry participants via workshops to perform and needs and gap analysis. The creations of the Pathways to Production program involved research and delivery of 63 base units and competencies covering training from Certificate II to Certificate VI level. Project team identified potential for development of a National training centre for controlled environment Horticulture with Tafe colleges already indicating interest.
