This investment is facilitating training in negotiation and influencing. The training is suitable for supervisors upwards, or anyone that deals with staff, suppliers or logistic companies on a daily basis in the vegetable industry. The training seeks to increase confidence and effective communication, to uncover personal styles, manage or avoid conflict, and improve listening skills. All of these skills can help control and influence conversations – for example to get to better pricing outcomes.
