QLD: HACCP Foundations for Fresh Produce

This practical, course provides an introduction to the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in the fresh produce sector.

Designed for growers, operators, packers, and staff working in fruit and vegetable businesses, the training is ideal for anyone involved in the growing, harvesting, packing, or despatch of fresh produce for retail sale.

The program also meets producer training requirements under the HARPS Standard, helping businesses stay compliant while building food safety knowledge and confidence.
