This educational tour of vegetable growing facilities and farms in NZ to learn and expand their knowledge of horticulture, demonstrating the need to develop more activities that cater to young horticulture growers in the community. It was recommended that futher international tours for Australian growers be investigated and promoted to industry, this includes tours developed solely dedicated to young growers with future tours needs to visit different growers and demonstrate different growing methods.
