5 June 2013This report outlines the final results and recommendations of a series of studies conducted across a number of institutions examining various aspects of the role of vegetables in weight loss. The aim of the research was to obtain further evidence of the role of vegetable consumption in addressing overweight and obesity in the Australian population. This would provide the industry and consumers with information on how vegetables may be useful in managing appetite and body weight.
