Leadership is not easily defined. Much has been written on leadership but I believe it a classic area where actions speak loader than words. Leadership is recognisable through actions. In discussion of leadership there appears to be an assumption that leadership is good and that the stronger the leadership the better. Leadership can be positive or negative, it can be mistaken for power and power can be used for good or evil.
