Discusses the Nuffield Australia Farming Scholarship which is offered to producers within the horticultural industry in a bid to help the industry compete in a global environment. Whilst horticultural producers have been awarded scholarships in the past, Nuffield has offered exclusively for horticultural producers since 2007, with the objective increasing practical farming knowledge, management skills and techniques and providing opportunities for the futher development of leadership attributes and skills.
