Chemical handling workshops returning to Tasmania thanks to VegPRO
VegPRO is the skills and training program for the Australian vegetable industry, funded through the vegetable research and development levy and shaped by your input to deliver workshops that can upskill you and your staff to help your business succeed.
Its face-to-face chemical handling workshops are designed for the vegetable industry to raise awareness of the potential hazards and risks of chemicals and how to apply them safely.
These free workshops have been held around the country and have been incredibly popular with growers, reflecting their value in providing effective, easy-to-understand training in safe chemical handling and other key skills.
After a first run in Tasmania earlier in the year the workshops are returning for another round, so if you didn’t manage to catch an earlier session this is a great chance to take the course!
