AUSVEG is excited to announce that leading research consultancy Applied Horticultural Research (AHR) has renewed its Strategic Partnership, continuing its support for the Australian vegetable industry.

AHR is a multi-disciplinary team of skilled research and communication professionals. Its research, communications and training supports innovation and sustainability in the horticultural supply chain, from farm to consumer. Working closely with growers, processors and support organisations in Australia and overseas, AHR enables the delivery of better products to consumers, and returns to growers.

Alongside RMCG, AHR has been delivering levy-funded soil health and integrated crop protection projects for the vegetable industry for several years. These projects have delivered on-farm benefits to growers who have participated or engaged in the extension activities coordinated by AHR and RMCG to improve their soil management and nutrition and protect their crop health.

Through this partnership, AHR is supporting AUSVEG in its public advocacy and other work on behalf of growers. We look forward to continuing to work closely with AHR to deliver benefits to the industry. For more information on AHR, visit its website.
