Butler Market Gardens helping to celebrate sustainability at Hort Connections 2019
AUSVEG is excited to announce that Victorian family-owned farming company Butler Market Gardens has come on board as a Convention Partner for Hort Connections 2019.
Butler Market Gardens specialises in growing vegetables and herbs and is led by CEO Rick Butler, a sixth-generation farmer who’s dedicated to continuing a proud family history of supplying fresh produce.
As well as growing high-quality fresh produce, Butler Market Gardens is a committed member of the Australian horticulture industry and helps to support the adoption of sustainable, environmentally responsible growing practices – including through sponsorship of the Environmental Award given out at the Hort Connections National Awards for Excellence. Last year’s award was won by Frank and Dianne Sciacca of Pacific Coast Eco Bananas (pictured above with Butler Market Gardens Chief Financial Officer George Arapoglou).
Through its partnership and support of Hort Connections, Butler Market Gardens is helping AUSVEG to deliver this year’s massive event, which is already promising to be bigger and better than ever.
