Free supply of coffee grounds for soil enrichment for Victorian growers
Reground, a Melbourne-based company that collects spent coffee grounds from cafes and roasteries, is looking to work with farms interested in receiving these grounds for use in their production.
The environmental consultancy Sustainable Resource Use is working with Reground to find farmers around the greater Melbourne area who are interested in being supplied with used coffee grounds free of charge.
For more information, or to register your interest in receiving deliveries from Reground, visit its website. If you’re interested in trying more environmentally sustainable methods of vegetable production in general, get involved with the EnviroVeg program, the vegetable industry’s own funded pathway to reaching Freshcare Environmental certification.
